Freelance Chemistry & Python Expert for AI Training

About the role

We are looking for a Chemistry and Python specialist to help design and validate AI training problems for computational chemistry. This freelance position is project‑based, remote, and supports leading tech companies in testing and improving AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational chemistry problems that reflect real research workflows.
• Create Python‑based tasks (using NumPy, SciPy, and chemistry libraries) that are computationally intensive.
• Develop problems requiring multi‑step reasoning in physical, quantum, and molecular modeling.
• Base tasks on genuine research challenges or practical chemistry applications.
• Verify solutions with Python scripts and standard computational chemistry methods.
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Strong Python programming skills for numerical validation.
• At least 2 years of professional experience (research, applied, or teaching).
• Experience with numerical methods and computational chemistry concepts.
• Excellent written English (C1 level or higher).
