Freelance Clinical Research Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Clinical Research Nurse to join our remote team in Germany. In this position you will support modern clinical research by screening patients for study eligibility and guiding them through the early phases of participation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured patient assessments to determine eligibility for clinical studies.
• Provide telephone and digital support to potential participants, answering questions and explaining study procedures.
• Apply study protocols accurately during the screening process.
• Collaborate closely with Study Coordinators, Investigators, and the central study team to ensure smooth study execution.

Required profile

• Licensed nurse or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• Experience in clinical trials or medical screening is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in patient interaction.
• Fluent German (C1 level or higher).
• Independent, well‑organized, and reliable working style.
• Comfortable using digital tools and working remotely.
• Established as a freelancer/contractor in Germany and available to start immediately.
