Freelance Construction Site Manager – Bavaria, Germany

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Site Manager to lead the delivery of a major industrial and infrastructure project in Bavaria. You will be responsible for overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and compliance with German regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction activities on site, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Interface with CSA, MEP, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Guarantee delivery that meets safety standards, timeline, budget, quality expectations, and German regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a Construction Site Manager (Bauleiter) on large‑scale industrial, infrastructure, or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of German construction regulations, site procedures, and subcontractor management.
• Fluent German and good English, with the legal right to work in Germany.
