Freelance IT Support Technician (Level 1 & 2)

About the role

Everience is seeking a Freelance IT Support Technician to provide on‑site assistance for its employees across multiple locations. The role focuses on resolving hardware, software and network issues for a large user base while ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights in Active Directory.
• Respond to service‑desk tickets, meet SLA targets and document resolutions.
• Support meeting‑room AV equipment and basic LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity problems.
• Monitor production environment dashboards and contribute to KPI reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of on‑site IT support experience in a large enterprise (400+ users).
• Strong customer‑service orientation with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, organized and pragmatic.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
