Freelance Talent Sourcer – Remote (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Talent Sourcer based in Germany to support our partner’s hiring needs across multiple industries. You will work remotely, using innovative sourcing strategies to build pipelines of high‑quality candidates and connect them with open positions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑Ray search, GitHub, Stack Overflow and other professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to uncover hiring trends and relevant profiles.
• Obtain Right‑to‑Represent authorizations and submit qualified candidates via the partner portal.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, availability and motivation, and coordinate interview scheduling as needed.

Required profile

• Proactive recruitment professional comfortable working independently on multiple searches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to assess candidate suitability quickly.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar sourcing platform).
• Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience with GitHub and Stack Overflow for technical talent research.
• LinkedIn X‑Ray search methodology.
