Freelance VP Operations – AI Trainer (8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior operations leader to work as a freelance VP Operations AI Trainer. In this remote, part‑time role (8‑20 hours per week) you will help train AI models on real‑world operations strategy and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI‑generated content on operations strategy, process optimisation and resource management.
• Assess the accuracy, industry relevance and practical viability of AI‑driven operational scenarios and recommendations.
• Develop example operational cases, process‑improvement scenarios and risk‑management exercises based on your experience.
• Create multiple scenario variations reflecting the perspectives of operations managers, team leads and other stakeholders.
• Identify gaps or flawed assumptions in AI outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback.

Required profile

• Senior operations leader or manager (e.g., VP Operations, Head of Operations, Operations Director) with a proven track record in operational excellence.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and reviewing operations strategies, optimising processes and managing high‑performing operations teams.
• Highly organised and able to give direct, constructive feedback.
• Available 8‑20 hours per week and reliable in communications.
