Freight Forwarder – Air Export

About the role

We are looking for a Freight Forwarder to plan and manage time‑critical air export logistics across Europe and worldwide. The role operates under strict deadlines, ensuring that all shipments are booked, documented and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Book export shipments with airlines and secure space for cargo.
• Prepare export and customs documentation, including AWBs, commercial invoices, packing lists and export declarations.
• Coordinate with warehouses, airlines and customers to ensure smooth hand‑over of goods.
• Monitor shipments in real‑time, resolve transport issues and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain compliance with export regulations and customs procedures.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in logistics, freight forwarding, international trade or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in air freight export operations or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs regulations.
• Proficiency with freight forwarding and cargo management systems.
• Fluent English communication skills.
