French Community Manager for Mobile Games

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French Community Manager to support our mobile game titles and player communities. Based in Berlin, you will create and manage content across social platforms, engage with top players and creators, and ensure high‑quality service for our French‑speaking audience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create content for Instagram, Facebook, X, Discord, Twitch and other platforms.
• Design digital assets using tools such as Photoshop and CapCut.
• Build and maintain relationships with top players and content creators.
• Plan, execute and report on community projects to drive engagement.
• Translate game updates, community posts and other texts from English to French.
• Collaborate with the EU marketing team on community events and local initiatives.
• Work closely with game developers and producers in the USA and Korea to ensure quality service.
• Gather, analyse and report community feedback and event‑related data.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French (native level preferred).
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of cultural and ethical issues for English and French audiences.
• Familiarity with online/mobile game genres such as RPG, FPS/Action and sports.
• Experience in the gaming industry as a Game Master, Community Manager or media contributor.
• Additional language skills (e.g., Korean or German) are a plus.
• Experience with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok.
