Front of House Assistant

About the role

As a Front of House Assistant you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, delivering warm welcomes and seamless service from check‑in to check‑out. You will work closely with the wider hotel team to ensure every stay feels effortless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth, personality and professionalism throughout the night.
• Handle late check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations and overnight guest support.
• Respond to guest requests, resolve issues confidently and maintain a safe, secure environment.
• Provide local knowledge and personalized recommendations at any hour.
• Keep public areas clean, inviting and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations.
