Front of House Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Front of House Associate to be the first point of contact for clients at Hagius. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere and support the smooth operation of our fitness studio.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Hagius as the first person clients meet when they enter the studio.
• Welcome clients, check them in, and make them feel at home.
• Assist clients with their needs and turn concerns into positive experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and record‑keeping.
• Introduce newcomers to the HAGIUS experience and promote our services.

Required profile

• Proven hospitality experience in hotel, luxury retail, high‑end fitness or wellness environments.
• Exceptional customer‑service mindset with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous front‑of‑house or reception experience in wellness, fitness, or hospitality is preferred.
