Front of House & Customer Service Associate (Mini-Job)

About the role

We are looking for a Front of House & Customer Service associate to join our vibrant hospitality venues in Berlin. This Mini‑Job role involves welcoming guests, maintaining the dining area and supporting the daily operations of our markets and bars.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables promptly, ensuring a tidy dining environment.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and accurate information about menus, pricing and events.
• Carry out opening and closing duties, including floor cleaning, furniture setup and toilet maintenance.
• Support inventory control and maintain par levels for front‑of‑house supplies.
• Manage seat reservations, prepare booked tables and supervise POS system operation.
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation standards and follow standard operating procedures.
• Assist team members with cleaning, stocking and organizing tasks.
• Complete administrative duties efficiently and accurately.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to follow instructions from the Market Manager and prioritize tasks.
• Reliability in performing opening, closing and maintenance checks.
• Good communication skills in English.
