Front Office Agent – 4-Day Workweek

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Front Office Agent to join our 25hours Hotel Das Tour in Düsseldorf. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay while enjoying a unique 4‑day workweek.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently, even during peak times.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front‑office area throughout the shift.
• Provide local information, recommend shopping spots, restaurants and attractions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with calm professionalism.
• Prepare shift hand‑over and ensure all documentation is up to date.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship in hotel management or a related field.
• Fluent spoken and written English; German language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Düsseldorf and its local amenities.
• Positive attitude, team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
