About the role

Join the vibrant team at 25hours Hotels in Hamburg’s HafenCity and become the first friendly face for our guests. You will work a four‑day week while delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer inquiries and provide personalized Hamburg insider tips.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest matters throughout the stay.
• Maintain the front‑desk area, handle check‑ins, check‑outs and reservations.
• Prepare daily statistics and reports for management.
• Collaborate with colleagues across both nearby 25hours locations to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship or training in the hotel industry is a plus.
• First experience at a reception or front desk is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with guests.
• Ability to inspire both guests and team members.
