Front Office Agent – Guest Services

About the role

As a Front Office Agent at Hilton Berlin you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out. You will work closely with a dynamic team in a vibrant hotel environment, delivering the high standards of service Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures, including room assignments, billing and any special requests.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental targets and maintain operational efficiency.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support and mentor trainees during your shift, sharing best practices and hotel procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and enjoys interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Proactive, flexible and able to handle new situations and challenges with a positive attitude.
• Professional, empathetic and able to work well in a team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to contribute to social projects or community initiatives is a plus.
• Good attendance and reliability.

• Fluent German language skills.
