About the role

Join the dynamic team at ibis Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof as a Front Office Agent. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable stay in a 166‑room hotel that has recently upgraded to 3.5 stars.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest check‑in and check‑out efficiently, providing a friendly first impression.
• Answer guest inquiries, give local tips, and resolve requests promptly.
• Manage bookings, email, and telephone enquiries with accuracy.
• Serve simple drinks and light snacks at the reception bar.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to maintain smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a genuine smile.
• Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to stay friendly and composed during busy periods.
• Team spirit, reliability, and willingness to work early, late, and weekend shifts.
