Front Office Agent (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Agent to join the reception team at 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth stay from check‑in to check‑out. The position works on a four‑day full‑time schedule, giving you three days off each week.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register guests efficiently, handling multiple arrivals simultaneously.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front‑office area throughout each shift.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions and services.
• Assist with guest requests, resolve issues calmly and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Prepare shift hand‑over documents and close the desk at the end of the day.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship or training in the hotel industry.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong teamwork spirit.
• Good knowledge of Berlin and ability to give local tips.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard front‑office software (e.g., property management systems).
