About the role

Join the vibrant team at 25hours Hotel Das Tour as a Front Office Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and address inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front‑office area throughout each shift.
• Handle peak periods calmly, ensuring all guests receive prompt service.
• Prepare shift handovers and keep accurate records of guest interactions.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship in hotel management or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Düsseldorf’s attractions, shopping areas, and local tips.
• Personality‑driven approach with the ability to inspire both colleagues and guests.
