About the role

As a Front Office Crew member at Generator Berlin Mitte, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay is memorable and exceeds expectations. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s vibrant, social spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Own the guest journey from check‑in to check‑out, continuously raising service standards.
• Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service that “wows” guests.
• Monitor and adjust social spaces, lighting, sound, and temperature to maintain the Generator brand ambiance.
• Stay informed about Berlin’s cafés, bars, and cultural hotspots to provide authentic local recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to uphold brand values and ensure smooth daily operations.
