Full Stack Engineer - AI-Native / Agentic Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus who works AI‑native. You will design, develop and maintain product platforms built on Angular, Java, Spring Boot and AWS, while integrating AI coding agents into your daily workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain modern, high‑quality web applications.
• Translate product and business requirements into scalable, intuitive user interfaces.
• Use AI coding agents to decompose work, direct implementation and review output before shipping.
• Contribute to documentation and tooling that improve the team’s AI‑driven delivery pipeline.
• Ensure high quality through end‑to‑end, integration and component testing and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience shaping and guiding AI coding agents within a development workflow.
• Comfort writing clear, spec‑driven task definitions for agents or teammates.
• Strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Angular (preferably v19+), TypeScript, Angular Material, CDK.
• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• AWS cloud services.
• Playwright or Cypress for E2E testing.
• Git and GitHub workflows.
• AI coding agents (prompt engineering, output verification).
