Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are a remote‑first, Berlin‑based climate‑tech company seeking a passionate Full Stack Engineer to help companies transition to net‑zero. You will work in a young, international team to design and deliver scalable web applications that drive real environmental impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and Node.js.
• Build and evolve REST and/or GraphQL APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Create and manage SQL and NoSQL database schemas and data flows.
• Integrate third‑party services such as authentication, payments, analytics, and cloud platforms.
• Write clean, reusable, well‑tested code and contribute to unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 1‑3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong motivation to make a positive environmental impact.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and Git version control.
