Full-Stack Mobile Engineer (React Native/.NET)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced full‑stack engineer who lives on the mobile side to build the next generation of our mobile platform – the companion app to Rapid Next. You will own features end‑to‑end across React Native.NET, and React while supporting legacy mobile apps.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and ship mobile features end‑to‑end: React Native client.NET services and React web frontend where needed.
• Contribute to agile delivery in a small, focused team with significant autonomy.
• Collaborate with product management to turn requirements into working software.
• Support and maintain legacy mobile apps alongside the rewrite.
• Pick up full‑stack tickets in .NET and React, integrating with modern and legacy APIs.
• Uphold quality through code reviews, automated tests, and attention to security and performance.

Required profile

• Production experience shipping React Native apps to iOS and Android.
• Comfort maintaining legacy mobile codebases while working on greenfield rewrite.
• Solid full‑stack foundation in C#/.NET and React.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
• Ownership mentality from design through production.
• Fluent English (German a plus).
