Fullstack Software Engineer – Hybrid/On‑Site

About the role

As a Fullstack Software Engineer at ACC Group AG you will design, develop and scale client‑facing web and mobile applications that deliver AI‑driven wealth and asset management services. Working in a hybrid setting in Ulm, you will collaborate with product, design and AI teams to turn complex data insights into secure, high‑performance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end components for web and mobile platforms.
• Design and implement APIs and integration layers that connect client applications with AI models and backend services.
• Ensure authentication, data handling and transaction processing comply with GDPR/FADP and other regulatory standards.
• Partner with UI/UX designers to create responsive, accessible, and visually polished interfaces.
• Optimize application performance, scalability and reliability across devices.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and follow best practices in testing and version control.
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews and continuous integration.
• Debug, troubleshoot and improve existing systems to maintain operational stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional full‑stack development experience for web or mobile applications.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• Strong portfolio of personal or open‑source projects may substitute formal education.
