Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join a fast‑moving product engineering team building an AI‑powered sales platform used by high‑growth companies worldwide. Based in Germany, you will work at the intersection of backend and frontend development, designing and shipping core product features that directly impact modern sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack product features across backend and frontend systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability.
• Build and improve core components of a data‑intensive SaaS platform, including large‑dataset handling, search, and real‑time workflows.
• Translate product requirements into well‑architected technical solutions and drive features from concept to production.
• Develop backend services and APIs while contributing to user‑facing interfaces built with modern web frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to ship new features frequently.
• Identify and resolve production issues, optimise system performance, and proactively improve reliability and maintainability.
• Participate in architectural decisions, system design discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering best practices.
• Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and thoughtful engineering practices focused on long‑term maintainability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working on complex, scalable systems.
• Strong experience building and maintaining web applications across both frontend and backend layers.
• Solid understanding of system design principles such as scalability, reliability, performance, and failure modes.
• Proven ability to debug production issues and identify root causes in complex environments.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive improvements independently.
• Experience in fast‑paced product environments with frequent releases and evolving requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, especially when handling edge cases and high‑load scenarios.
