About the role

The position involves operating and supervising galvanic treatment lines for aerospace components at Airbus Aerostructures. You will work in a shift system, ensuring the quality and safety of surface‑treatment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor galvanic lines, including loading and unloading of parts.
• Supervise associated wastewater and ventilation systems.
• Perform chromatization of components and rivets, and cover parts as required.
• Troubleshoot minor disturbances and carry out small maintenance tasks.
• Conduct bath replenishment, care, and water‑sample analysis for bath adjustments.
• Execute quality checks on parts and handle process‑related samples.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a galvanizer or surface coater.
• Basic knowledge of chemicals is desirable.
• Experience reading technical drawing specifications.
• Computer (EDV) skills.
• Team‑player, self‑reliant and flexible.
• Willingness to work shifts and be on call.
