General Ledger Accountant (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

Klinik is looking for a dedicated General Ledger Accountant to support its network of German clinics. This part‑time, remote position focuses on delivering transparent and accurate financial reporting in line with German HGB and international IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS.
• Process accounting transactions, reconcile accounts and handle VAT pre‑registrations.
• Serve as the primary contact for clinics and auditors on technical accounting matters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent accounting processes.
• Contribute to the optimisation and digitalisation of accounting workflows.

Required profile

• Commercial training with a qualification as Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) preferred.
• Several years of experience preparing financial statements under HGB; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Structured, precise, independent work style with high reliability.
• Team‑oriented and solution‑focused attitude.
