German Speaking Customer Service / Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a fluent German speaker to join our international team in Munich as a Customer Service and Sales Support specialist. The role bridges customer care and sales, helping business clients and internal teams in a fast‑moving, tech‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional assistance to customers via phone, email and live chat in German and English.
• Handle product enquiries, order processing, billing and account administration.
• Support the sales team by preparing quotations, coordinating order fulfilment and managing sales documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track cases to resolution.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Product and Account Management to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Share customer insights with sales and product teams to improve processes.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German with good English communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong organisational abilities, capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced setting.
• Eligibility to work in Germany or willingness to relocate to Munich (relocation support provided).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM or ERP platforms such as Salesforce or SAP.
