Global Community & KOL Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Global Community & KOL Operations Manager to become the heartbeat of our player community. You will build our brand presence from the ground up across worldwide platforms and nurture relationships with top creators, turning our game into a thriving subculture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of community hubs on Discord, Reddit, Steam, QQ and other platforms.
• Develop and scale a global influencer network across Twitch, YouTube, Bilibili, TikTok and related channels.
• Design narrative and content strategies that generate organic engagement and user‑generated content.
• Plan and execute live‑ops events and seasonal campaigns that keep player momentum high.
• Act as the bridge between players and developers, collecting feedback and delivering actionable insights.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in community or KOL operations within the gaming industry.
• Deep cultural fluency with hardcore or mid‑core strategy/war gamers.
• Proven ability to build or manage a global creator network.
• Leadership experience managing teams or cross‑functional projects.
