Global CRM Manager - Campaigns

About the role

Too Good To Go is seeking a Global CRM Manager – Campaigns to own the ideation, execution and continuous optimisation of CRM campaigns worldwide for both B2C and B2B audiences. This execution‑focused position will lead end‑to‑end delivery of ad‑hoc, commercial and cross‑market campaigns while supporting local teams to maintain quality and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ideation, creation, localisation, approval and deployment of global CRM campaigns across B2C and B2B.
• Own end‑to‑end B2B CRM campaign execution, including recurring and triggered communications.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Lifecycle teams to align campaigns with overall company strategy.
• Provide CRM expertise, training, playbooks and best‑practice frameworks to enable scalable execution across markets.
• Act as a CRM advisor to local teams, ensuring alignment with strategy and operational standards.
• Deliver Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud subject‑matter expertise to upskill marketers and optimise tool usage.
• Continuously improve CRM processes, briefing workflows and operational procedures.
• Identify recurring challenges and automation opportunities, collaborating with the Senior Automation Manager to implement solutions.
• Drive improvements that reduce deployment risk and increase delivery speed.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in CRM campaign management, ideally across both B2C and B2B contexts.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying campaigns in Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven ability to create enablement materials such as playbooks and training for distributed marketing teams.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across multiple markets.
