Global Delivery Leader (Transformation & Operations)

About the role

The Global Delivery Leader will drive the transformation of sa.global’s delivery function from a traditional project‑based model to a scalable, AI‑enabled ecosystem. Reporting to the Executive Committee, the role partners with the CEO and senior leaders to design, implement and continuously improve the global delivery operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the shift to AI‑accelerated, automated service delivery, ensuring alignment with the company’s AI transformation programme.
• Design a standardized global delivery operating model with clear governance, consistent execution across regions and measurable adoption.
• Modernize delivery technology, integrate automation and AI capabilities, and establish data‑driven visibility on project performance, risks and margins.
• Build delivery capacity and workforce models in partnership with the CPO, ensuring the right capabilities are in place to support growth.
• Lead PMO governance, establish consistent project lifecycle standards, and drive delivery margin through utilization and cost‑to‑serve optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience redesigning delivery functions for scale, speed and modern service models.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with commercial, product and finance leaders and driving accountability without relying on hierarchy.
• Curiosity about practical AI applications in delivery and a track record of turning transformation concepts into adopted practices.
• Ability to hold together delivery methodology, margin, workforce planning and client outcomes while keeping focus on strategic execution.
