Global Operations Director

About the role

As Global Operations Director you will lead Cimatron’s customer‑facing operations from Germany while shaping a consistent, scalable operating model for support, training and professional services worldwide. You will work closely with product, R&D and regional teams to turn service insights into product improvements and drive long‑term customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operations organization in Germany and establish globally consistent practices, standards and workflows.
• Ensure service delivery meets defined service‑level agreements, quality standards and budget expectations across all regions.
• Monitor performance metrics and set clear service‑level commitments for each market.
• Strengthen customer success, adoption and aftermarket sales while protecting maintenance renewal rates.
• Build and develop high‑performing global teams in technical support, training and professional services.
• Enable customers to extract maximum value from Cimatron’s CAD/CAM platform.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to translate support trends and customer feedback into development priorities.

Required profile

• Solid background in global operations, technical support or customer success within complex software or engineering environments.
• Proven leadership experience across multiple geographies and ability to build scalable, customer‑centric processes.
• Academic background in engineering, computer science, business administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience managing customer‑facing teams in distributed settings.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on turning operational data into measurable business results.
