Global Process Owner – Tax (Hybrid)

About the role

The Global Process Owner – Tax will lead tax operations across the division, ensuring global governance, compliance and alignment with corporate tax strategy. Reporting to the Vice President Tax, you will standardise and continuously improve tax processes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain global tax process standards, documentation requirements and governance frameworks.
• Drive adoption of tax technologies and digital solutions in collaboration with Tax Governance and IT.
• Lead transformation initiatives and support change management across the organisation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster tax process expertise and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in project or change management, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, financial accounting and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.

Required skills

• SAP and SAP‑based business processes.
• Tax technology and digital solution implementation.
