Global Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

Bomaye is seeking a Global Social Media & Community Manager to shape and grow its international brand across Europe and beyond. This remote‑first position will turn the company’s ideas, experiences and stories into compelling content that attracts, engages and builds a loyal community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an international social‑media strategy for Bomaye.
• Build and nurture communities on LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage engaging content around boxing, leadership, performance and personal development.
• Design creative formats, campaigns and storytelling concepts.
• Identify trends and translate them into authentic Bomaye content.
• Engage with the community, fostering meaningful relationships.
• Collaborate closely with founders, coaches and creative partners.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data and continuously improve the content strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in social media, community management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of community growth on social platforms.
• Excellent storytelling and communication abilities.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Genuine interest in boxing, performance, leadership or personal development.
• Entrepreneurial attitude – proactive and opportunity‑driven.
