Global Supply & Inventory Lead

About the role

Join SKF Lubrication Lifetime Solutions BU as the Global Supply & Inventory Lead, responsible for shaping end‑to‑end supply planning across regions and plants. You will own the global process architecture, governance, and continuous improvement of supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the global operating model for MPS, MRP, RCCP, DRP, production scheduling and inventory lifecycle (NPI‑Active‑EOL).
• Own the Supply Planning BPM scope, including standards, documentation, performance management and continuous improvement.
• Set policies, RACI and KPI frameworks (service, plan adherence, capacity utilization, inventory turns, schedule adherence) and lead performance reviews.
• Run maturity assessments, build multi‑year harmonisation road‑maps and drive measurable performance uplift.
• Manage scenario planning, trade‑off decisions and impact analysis for leadership forums.
• Co‑lead APS/ERP enablement with IT (SAP IBP, SAP PPDS, S/4HANA, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Oracle) – from blueprint to value realization.
• Own master data governance for planning parameters and hierarchies.
• Build global capability through playbooks, training, lighthouse pilots and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA a plus.
• Extensive experience in supply planning, production scheduling, inventory management and manufacturing in multi‑site/global environments.
• Deep understanding of MPS, MRP, RCCP, DRP and material planning concepts.
