About the role

We are seeking a Government Policy Consultant to work remotely, applying your expertise to shape regulatory and policy frameworks for a variety of sectors. You will support clients by drafting, reviewing, and refining high‑impact policy documents, contracts, and research papers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, draft, and review policy documents, legal contracts, proposals, and research papers.
• Provide strategic consultation and actionable recommendations on regulatory, legal, healthcare, academic, or finance‑related matters.
• Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure compliance, clarity, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Support clients with precise document formatting, tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to synthesize complex data into succinct, actionable policies and procedures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving regulations and guidelines relevant to your area of expertise.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience in government policy operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word (tracked changes, formatting, document review).
• Advanced proficiency with PDF editing tools (formatting, data extraction).
