About the role

Join Airbus as a Graduate Business Information Technologist in a two‑year, fully funded development journey. You will rotate through key IT and business functions, gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to sustainable aerospace projects.

Key responsibilities

Analyzing business information requirements and preparing strategies
Preparing business decisions regarding information management
Leading projects to implement business information tools, systems and processes
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting business development, sales and bid activities
Rotational placements across IT infrastructure, network support, security, digital development (including AI), programme/project controlling, and sales & marketing

Required profile

Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Recent graduate or limited professional experience in Business Information Technology
Strong written and verbal communication in German and English
Team‑oriented mindset with a drive for innovation
Self‑awareness and willingness to take ownership of personal development
