Graduate Customer Operations Associate – Berlin

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Customer Operations Associate to join our German Operations team in Berlin. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates hands‑on experience across customer support, onboarding, compliance and process optimisation within a fast‑growing FinTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational contact for German customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat and email.
• Investigate complex cases, identify root causes, assess risks and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Risk and other Operations teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Use internal tools and systems to improve processes, maintain clean data and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Contribute ideas for workflow optimisation and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or junior professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Native‑level German (C2) and strong English proficiency (minimum C1).
• Strong interest in FinTech, financial processes and operational excellence.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to take ownership of tasks.
