Graduate Finance Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

Join P&G’s finance team as a Graduate Finance Manager. You will be part of multi‑functional teams and take ownership of strategic initiatives from day one, supporting brand, product, and plant finance functions across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis for brands, product categories or regional units.
• Support external negotiations with customers and develop marketing/sales plans.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in production and logistics.
• Participate in internal audit and cost‑optimization projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide data‑driven insights for business decisions.

Required profile

• Completed or soon to complete a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results.
• Willingness to work at any DACH site and full location flexibility.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership drive and passion for finance.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in German and English (minimum C1 level).
• Internships, short work experience or studies abroad are a plus.
