Graduate Marketing Manager

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Graduate Marketing Manager to join its Growth team. The role combines strategy, data analysis, and creativity to drive market expansion, acquisition, and retention. You will rotate through regional and channel‑focused assignments to gain a holistic view of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with local marketers to adapt global campaigns for specific markets.
• Work with branding, media buying, events, and partnership teams to design innovative marketing strategies.
• Analyse key performance indicators to influence growth decisions and measure campaign success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into marketing plans.
• Develop comprehensive roadmaps for marketing initiatives across regions and channels.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German.
• Graduated in 2024 or 2025 from a top university with a minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 elsewhere.
• Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, technology, or marketing.
• Strong project‑management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
