About the role

Wolt is expanding its Wolt Market grocery service in Hamburg and is looking for enthusiastic Grocery Associates to join the team. In this role you will support customers by processing orders, preparing grocery packs and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders using the Merchant app.
Pick, pack and hand over groceries to customers or courier partners.
Unload deliveries from vendors and verify supplies.
Maintain accurate internal data on nutrients and allergens.
Keep the store tidy, organized and stocked.
Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

Proactive, fast‑learning and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in a grocery or retail setting is a plus.
Fluent English; German language skills are advantageous.
Legal right to work in Germany.
