Growth Associate – Hybrid (Berlin)

About the role

You will join Layla’s Growth Team in Berlin, working directly with the founders to scale the AI‑powered travel agent that has already planned over $1 billion in trips. The position is hybrid, offering high ownership across acquisition, activation, retention and partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and analyse growth experiments covering the full funnel.
• Interpret funnel and user data to generate actionable improvements.
• Scale social and content‑driven growth channels that drive millions of traveler discoveries.
• Support and develop partnerships with airlines, hotels, travel brands and creators.
• Build and optimise lifecycle, CRM and referral systems.
• Set up growth tooling, automation and reporting dashboards.
• Take ownership of high‑priority founder projects as needed.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in a startup, consulting or other fast‑paced environment.
• Extreme ownership and ability to act without waiting for direction.
• Relentless execution mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Founder‑level mentality with a strong growth instinct.
• Interest in AI and willingness to engage with technical topics.
