Growth Engineer

About the role

We are hiring a Growth Engineer focused on acquisition. You will own the experimentation surface, running tests on landing pages, pricing, paid surfaces, and the path from click to account creation.

Key responsibilities

• Build the experimentation infrastructure, including feature flags, assignment logic, and exposure logging.
• Run experiments end‑to‑end: formulate hypotheses, build and instrument tests, launch, analyse results and decide next steps.
• Own the acquisition experimentation surface – landing pages, pricing, paid pages and signup entry points.
• Treat that surface as a product, setting roadmap and prioritising work.
• Develop programmatic page systems at scale and handle technical SEO as an engineering function.
• Make conversion measurement trustworthy through event design, funnel definitions and automation tooling.

Required profile

• You have run acquisition experiments end‑to‑end, from hypothesis to result.
• Experience in B2B tech environments.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Fluency in SQL and analytics, including funnel and cohort analysis.
• Built programmatic page systems or internal tools at scale.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent development tools.
