Growth Lead, New Brand Germany

About the role

Eucalyptus is the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, now part of Hims & Hers, and is launching a globally recognised brand in Germany from zero to one. You will build the growth function from scratch, own the trajectory and decide where the money goes. Germany runs its own budget and makes its own calls, with real spend and targets from day one. You report to the Head of Growth for Germany, and a creative strategist joins you from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own channel strategy from zero, starting with paid social and search, then decide where the next euro goes
• Own forecasting of spend, CAC, patient volume and the conversation when the numbers shift
• Set the creative testing agenda and decide what goes to market
• Lead the weekly performance read-outs to senior leadership
• Hire a growth manager once the brand earns it, and expand the brand into other verticals within the space

Required profile

• Six to ten years in performance marketing, mostly in DTC or subscription businesses
• Has built campaigns from scratch, shipped launches and fixed what broke
• Has worked in a high-growth, thinly resourced environment, preferably a start-up or scale-up
• Enjoys getting hands dirty: ad platforms, landing pages, experiments

Required skills

• Meta and paid social, with a strong focus on the numbers
• Numerical instinct: builds forecasts backed by logic and knows when they are wrong
• Performance creative: understands why an ad works and can brief a creative strategist precisely
