Growth Marketer

About the role

Temso AI is looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition and brand awareness for its AI‑search optimization platform. You will turn customer insights into positioning, landing pages, campaigns and growth experiments across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, run and iterate experiments on paid, SEO, social, content and outbound channels.
• Build and optimise Temso’s presence in AI‑driven and traditional search using the product itself.
• Grow the company’s voice and founders’ profiles on LinkedIn, X, Reddit and other communities.
• Create compelling content that educates the market about AI search and encourages sharing.
• Identify and execute high‑impact growth loops.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on growth experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS startup.
• Proven track record of growing a product or business independently, not just managing agencies.
• Comfortable working across multiple channels with depth in at least one.
• Data‑driven mindset: able to set up tracking, analyse results and pivot quickly.
• Strong writing skills to simplify complex AI concepts.
• Genuine interest in AI and its impact on brand discovery.
