Guest Relations Trainer – Hospitality Training

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Relations Trainer who loves travel and hospitality. In this position you will design and deliver training that empowers our guest‑facing teams to create unforgettable experiences across our properties. You will act as a mentor, coach, brand ambassador and auditor, ensuring every team member lives our service excellence standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site, hands‑on training sessions focusing on communication, soft skills and service excellence.
• Lead service‑recovery workshops and teach de‑escalation techniques for guest complaints.
• Observe employee interactions in real time and provide constructive feedback and positive reinforcement.
• Act as a brand ambassador and auditor, ensuring consistent hospitality standards across locations.
• Mentor and coach guest‑facing teams, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations or guest‑facing hospitality roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Agile, flexible and willing to travel between properties.
• Ability to quickly adapt to different local cultures, team dynamics and diverse guest demographics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with multilingual fluency considered an asset.
• Strong mentorship and coaching abilities.
• Deep understanding of hospitality service standards.
