About the role

We are looking for a reliable Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will work on a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, ensuring each guest room meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards.
Maintain quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
Report any maintenance deficiencies and respond to guest requests or complaints promptly.
Observe all house, safety, and security procedures.
Restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
Perform deep‑cleaning and seasonal cleaning tasks as scheduled.
Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

Minimum one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and coworkers.
Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Familiarity with local attractions and activities relevant to guests.
