About the role

We are looking for a reliable Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at a premier resort. You will ensure each guest room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort while providing courteous service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards.
Report any maintenance deficiencies and respond to guest requests or complaints promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
Restock and return housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
Perform deep‑cleaning and seasonal cleaning tasks as scheduled.
Observe all house, safety, and security procedures.

Required profile

Minimum one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and coworkers.
Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Familiarity with local activities and attractions beneficial for guest interactions.
