Head of AdTech (m/f/d) – Frankfurt, Hybrid

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international agency to strengthen its European media capabilities. This senior leadership role will shape the AdTech roadmap, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure operational excellence for major automotive brands across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the AdTech strategy, infrastructure, and delivery across multiple European markets.
• Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing AdTech and Ad Operations team, optimizing resources and workflows.
• Establish best‑in‑class quality‑assurance processes to guarantee flawless campaign execution on leading AdTech platforms.
• Develop strategic partnerships with media owners and technology vendors, negotiating commercial agreements that maximise campaign value.
• Collaborate with media, data, client and agency teams to drive innovation, governance and digital maturity.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Ad Operations, AdTech or Digital Media Technology with proven leadership responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, Meta, data governance and digital verification technologies.
• Track record of implementing operational frameworks, quality‑assurance and scalable AdTech processes.
• Fluent English with the ability to communicate technical concepts confidently to senior stakeholders.
