Head of Communications – Global Leadership Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Communications to lead all internal and external communication activities for ContiTech worldwide. In this strategic position you will shape the narrative, strengthen the brand, and support the company’s transformation and private‑equity ownership journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive a global communication strategy aligned with business priorities and value‑creation goals.
• Lead change and transformation communications across the organization.
• Develop and implement a differentiated global brand positioning and ensure consistent activation.
• Oversee internal communication to boost employee engagement and leadership alignment.
• Manage external communication, media relations, digital channels, and public affairs.
• Establish the communications operating model, governance, and performance measurement.
• Lead and develop the communications team to deliver high‑impact results.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in corporate communications, preferably in a global industrial or automotive environment.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and execute communication strategies that support transformation and private‑equity narratives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Track record of building and protecting brand reputation.
