Head of Consulting

About the role

As Head of Consulting at SoSafe, you will lead the strategic value‑add services that transform human risk into a proactive security layer. You will operationalise a catalogue of services aligned with the SoSafe Maturity Model and guide customers beyond compliance toward measurable risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and operationalise a consulting methodology based on the SoSafe Maturity Model.
• Build and lead the consulting practice, defining the service catalogue and delivery model.
• Deliver strategic advisory sessions for key accounts while coaching the consulting team.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on human risk management in executive discussions.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs.
• Drive commercial goals by aligning services with customer retention and expansion.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in security consulting, risk management or related cybersecurity leadership.
• Proven ability to translate maturity models into repeatable service catalogues.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for advising CISOs, board members and senior risk officers.
• Deep understanding of human risk, behavioural science and measurable risk reduction.
• Experience partnering with sales and customer success to position consulting as a value‑add.
• Background in recruiting, mentoring and managing a professional services or consulting function.
