Head of Content

About the role

This is a senior leadership position based in Germany, reporting to a partner company that manages all applications. The Head of Content will shape and scale content as a measurable growth engine within a global, remote‑first environment, driving acquisition, engagement and brand consistency across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a data‑driven content strategy that delivers organic traffic growth, sign‑ups and engagement.
• Own SEO initiatives, including keyword rankings, search visibility, organic traffic targets and domain authority.
• Build and manage a scalable production framework for web, social, email and video content.
• Set and uphold editorial standards for quality, accuracy, compliance and brand consistency.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a team of content creators and editors.
• Monitor channel‑specific metrics and optimise email, social and video performance.
• Develop reporting dashboards to communicate impact and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with growth, product and compliance teams to align content with acquisition goals and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership or production, with at least 3 years at Head/Director level.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through content and SEO.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, digital banking or other highly regulated, fast‑growing industries.
• Demonstrated success improving acquisition metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates and search rankings.
